Download golinks-pro-extension.zipClick the download button above. After downloading, right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract All" to a folder of your choice (e.g., C:\golinks-extension).
Open your browser and go to chrome://extensions (Chrome) or edge://extensions (Edge). Then enable "Developer mode" toggle in the top-right corner.
Click "Load unpacked" button, then select the folder you extracted in Step 1. The GOLinks Pro icon will appear in your browser toolbar — you're done! ✅
Go to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook and open the video you want to download. Wait for it to start playing.
Click the GOLinks Pro icon in your browser toolbar. The extension will automatically detect the platform and enable the Download button.
Click the Download Video button. The extension first tries direct extraction from the page, then falls back to GOLinks Pro server if needed.
Yes. The extension only requests permissions it needs: activeTab, downloads, and scripting. It does not collect any personal data.
The extension is currently in Beta and not yet published to the Chrome Web Store. Developer Mode lets you install it manually from a local folder.
Yes. YouTube is supported via both direct DOM extraction and server fallback. For best results, wait for the video to start playing before downloading.
Download the latest ZIP from this page, extract it to the same folder, go to chrome://extensions and click the refresh 🔄 button on the extension card.
